February 27 ..ตอนต่อมา..ย้อนปัญหาเดิมซักนิดนึง เรื่องก็เป็นอย่างนี้
....ตอนแรกเราไปโอนเงินที่แบงก์เป็นค่าเรียน Pre-sessional coures ของคิงไป 1850 ปอนด์
ซึ่งเป็นค่าเรียนภาษาสำหรับ 2 เดือน โดยที่ยังไม่ได้ส่งใบสมัครไปที่สถาบันภาษาของคิง
เพราะกะว่าโอนเงินแล้วจะเอาหลักฐานแนบกับใบ app ไปเลย
ต่อมาเย็นวันเดียวกัน ก็เกิดมานั่งเช็คอีกที
ปรากฎว่า เราเกิดอยากจะรอผลจาก LSE ขึ้นมาก่อนจะลงเรียนเลยไประงับการโอนในวันรุ่งขึ้น
ทางธนาคารบอกว่าจะทำเรื่อง ระหว่างรอผลจากแบงก์
เราก็ทำใจเหมือนกันว่า เอาเหอะถ้าจะได้เรียนคิงจริงๆก็ช่าง
เลยตัดสินใจว่าจะเรียนภาษาแม่ง 3 เดือนไปเลย (ค่าเรียนจะเท่ากับ 2600ปอนด์)
เมื่อวานนี้ธนาคารโทรมาหาเรา(หลังจากรอนาน 1 เดือน) เพื่อบอกเราว่า
ธนาคารที่ UK ไม่ยอมคืนให้เพราะว่ายังไม่ได้รับ consent จากคิง
(ซึ่งก็ไม่ได้ทำให้เราแปลกใจอ่ะนะ เพราะว่ารู้อยู่แล้วธนาคารแม่งก็แบบนี้อยู่แล้ว
ตอนทำงานก็เจอเคสแบบนี้บ่อยๆ..แต่ก็เสี่ยงทำเรื่องดูเผื่อจะได้)
เราก็เลยตัดสินใจเมล์ไปหาคิง เพื่อจะถามว่าส่งเงินเพิ่มเพื่อนให้ครบ 2600 ปอนด์ได้มั้ย
เพราะไหนก็มีแนวโน้มว่าจะไปเรียนคิงอยู่แล้ว....
ปรากฎว่าได้รับการใส่ใจอย่างดียิ่ง ตอบเร็วเชียว
แอบกลุ้มใจอยู่เหมือนกันว่าเจ้าหน้าที่จะเป็นแบบ
เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการคณะที่มหาลัยหรือเปล่า?..ค่อยยังชั่วหน่อย
แต่ปัญหาก็ยังคงมีต่อไป...เรื่องนี้ยังไม่จบง่ายๆ
ไม่รู้ว่าใครงง ใครพูดจริงไม่จริงยังไงตอนนี้ บอกได้คำเดียวว่า งง

Thank you for your email. The College received £1850 from you on 22 January followed by a request to return the funds immediately which I understand they did. I would advise you to contact your bank therefore to make sure the funds have been returned.
Should you wish to apply for the Pre-sessional course, could you please complete and return an application form with a copy of your IELTS or TOEFL results. Once I have received your documents and all is in order, I can advise you to arrange payment of the tuition fees.

Thank you for your prompt response. I was heard from the bank in last 12 hours that the money was sent to College's account and there were no consent nor actions from the College to return the course fee. Then, therefore, the fund is currently remaining in College's account. Could it be possible for you to ensure that the fund was actually returned so that I could use this in backing up my enquiries to the bank. It would be an ideal if you could forward me the correspondences between you and the bank regarding the misunderstood remittance. ถ้าเค้ากั๋กไว้จริงก็น่าเซ็งละคะพี่ นานมากแล้วสองเดือนกว่าอ่ะ
เพื่อนนุ่นคนที่เค้าถูกปฏิเสธน่ะได้ตอบมาเร็วมากเลย
ถ้าไปเรียน KCL บางทีนุ่นอาจจะเปลี่ยนMajor อ่ะพี่ อาจจะไปเรียน Inter Financial Law
